At the Health, Hope & Hip Hop Foundation, we believe the culture that raised us has the power to save us. In honor of International Hip Hop Health Day (June 17), we’re lifting up four women whose stories remind us that even the biggest stars aren’t immune to a system that fails Black mothers.
