The Last Straw Emergency Relief Fund

Complete the form to request a micro-grant of up to $150. Submission does not guarantee approval. All information is kept confidential and used only for verification purposes.

    Single parent and/or health-related financial hardship
  • ✓
    Not received assistance from this fund in the past 12 months
  • ✓
    Able to provide at least one documentation item
Before You Begin

Have at least one supporting document ready to reference (a bill, shutoff notice, school balance, or similar). Applications are reviewed within 7–10 business days, and we’ll contact you by your preferred method with a decision. You will never be asked to share your story publicly.
