  • Setup: Saturday, October 4, 2025, between 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Teardown: Immediately following the event; early breakdown is not permitted.
  • Vehicle access for load-in/out is limited to assigned times and must be coordinated

Setup & Teardown

All food vendors must comply with Delaware Health Department regulations and display

  • All vendors selling products or services must comply with state sales tax requirements.
  • All vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance showing $1,000,000 General Liability coverage, naming Health, Hope & Hip
  • Vendors must comply with all local laws, park rules, and event organizer guidelines.
